Meet Our Team

Joe Dales – CEO

Joe Dales brings over forty years of experience in the agriculture industry, having worked with leading companies such as Pfizer, Cyanamid Crop Protection (BASF), First Line Seeds (Monsanto), and NK Syngenta Seeds (Ciba Seeds). In 1997, Joe co-founded AgCareers.com, one of the pioneering websites for ag business.
In 1998, he co-founded Farms.com Ltd., which has become a leading provider of innovative solutions for farmers and agriculture/food companies worldwide. In 2019, Joe co-founded RH Accelerator Inc., now rebranded as RHA Ventures Inc., where he leads investments in agriculture, food innovation, and start-ups. RHA Ventures Inc. has made over thirty-five investments and supports entrepreneurs with expert business coaching.

Niranjan Minase – CFO

Niranjan Minase is a qualified chartered accountant and IT business entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience in software and digitization. He began his journey in 1999 with Agronet Software Private Limited, a digital ag media and job board business. Niranjan also managed a large IT team in India for fifteen years, serving North American clients.
His expertise includes system analysis and project process development. Recently, Niranjan developed a website and app for the golf community and completed a technology assessment for a major Canadian seed company.
